Food Zone Partners have gathered in Caceres, Spain between the 8th and 10th of February 2023 to kick off the project, hosted by the coordinators Caceres Chamber of Commerce and Industry!

An important part of the project is for partners to get to know the local context in the partner countries and build their own capacity as well as gain new experience through exchanges between partners and invited local stakeholders.

In this context partners want to thank the coordinators Cámara de Comercio Industria y Servicios de Cáceres for developing an engaging programme including speakers Jorge Villar, councillor for tourism at the Cáceres City Council and Anto Recio Cáceres Biomarket and Aktyva.

We are currently looking for inspiring examples of regenerative food tourism experiences that involve producers and tourism stakeholders. Please do get in touch if you have ideas or are interested in collaborating!
