The project culminates in the set-up of the Food Zone (Blended Incubator) for innovative rural food tourism experiences including entrepreneurship and start-up support.
Partners will develop a methodology and business plan, which will be publicly available and transferable. Those interested in setting up similar incubators can do so by using this methodology and/or by getting in touch with the project partners for details.
Food Zone will develop food tourism experiences in all partner countries. In this section we will also publish short reports about how the experiences were developed and also provide a profile of these experiences.
