The policy recommendations contribute to the overall project objective of raising awareness about regenerative food tourism and its benefits, linking up the food and wider tourism ecosystem, addressing skills needs and gaps in the food tourism ecosystem, advocateing for systemic change where needed, promotion of innovation and sustainable transformation in the food (tourism) sector.
Policy recommendations will be for educators, chambers of Agriculture/Commerce, public authorities, tourism stakeholders and DMOs.
