On the eastern side of Serbia, about 18 kilometres from Despotovac, at the village of Lipovica is located “Eko farm Milanović”. The entire area of the house is left at guests’ disposal – a large living room with a fireplace, a kitchen for self-catering, an external glass terrace with a view of the surroundings as a dining and sitting area. The food that is prepared is organic, produced on the farm, according to modern standards, without pesticides and other poisons. As part of the stay, guests can enjoy numerous activities such as horse riding, bicycle rental, organized walks on marked trails of varying intensity, paragliding, jeep off road excursions in the pristine nature of the Resava region. In the immediate vicinity, there are a large number of cultural, historical and natural monuments such as the Manasije monastery, Resava cave, Lisina and Prskal waterfalls, Krupajsko vrelo, Gornjačka gorge, Vinatovača rainforest.
Eco farm Milanovic intends to create a deep connection of visitors with nature and with the place, through its own regenerative practices and activities that it offers to them, incorporating them into this environment and, thus, generating a positive impact.
A family story that grew into a serious business with an emphasis on preserving nature and tradition, organic and domestic and giving growing importance to regenerative tourism.
