La Molina d SB offers food tourism experiences (workshops) where people can visit the building and learn about its history on a guided tour, through which people can get to know the cultural and culinary heritage of the place and learn how gofio is made. It is currently run by the company José María Gil SL, which produces and sells high-quality gofio.
