Jamones Eíriz organises gastronomic visits in our “Dehesa” fields and facilities, available in 4 languages, with a guided tasting of Iberian ham. Their cellar, drying house and distinctive gastronomic taste, are integrated into the “Ruta del Jabugo” Association.
Thanks to the use of Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche for the breeding of pigs that feed on acorns and totally natural pastures. They also offer a guided tour to show customers how they make their products.
The extreme quality of 100% Iberian pigs raised in the wild, fed on acorns and natural pastures favouring local development while protecting the ecosystem.
